Guarantees
Based on our experience, we can confidently guarantee that our course will lead you to your desired result, and you will acquire all the necessary knowledge to pass the driving license exams in Spain. Our confidence is based on the following:
1. Certification and Licensing by the DGT.
Recently, fake instructors have appeared in Spain who are not authorized to teach and put their clients at risk of criminal liability, as well as various individuals who create websites and call themselves "online driving schools." We strongly urge you to verify who you are dealing with, as such "training" can have serious negative consequences: always request the DGT certification number and fiscal number (NIF).
By studying with our driving school, you can be confident you're dealing with professionals, as we have a team of 6 certified instructors authorized by the DGT to conduct driving lessons and accompany students to official exams in Spain. Additionally, our school is registered with the DGT under two numbers: MA0720 and A0850. All certifications and authorizations are available on our website, as well as full company identification.
2. Guarantee of honesty and effectiveness.
We’ve been operating for 9 years, and thousands of students have trusted us and obtained their licenses thanks to our work. Throughout this time, we’ve followed key principles: sharing truthful and up-to-date information, avoiding aggressive marketing or deceptive advertising, and focusing on our students’ success. We never pressure anyone to enroll and are upfront when training is unnecessary — for instance, if a license can be exchanged, if the person has no residency in Spain, or due to physical limitations. When you contact us, you receive full and comprehensive consultation.
3. We guarantee full support in Russian.
All our students receive technical support on learning materials and assistance with administrative matters. Consultations with a Russian-speaking instructor are available with the purchase of either the online or in-person course. (Note: consultations are not available when purchasing only the textbook or access to the tests.)
4. Guarantee of technical accessibility of materials.
In addition to technical support, we provide the following guarantees:

• Lesson videos are available on two platforms (YouTube and Vimeo); downloads or copies on external media (memory card or USB stick) can be provided if needed.
• Tests are available online and compatible with any device (smartphone, tablet, computer) with internet access. If necessary, we can provide translated tests in PDF format for printing or offline study.
• The traffic rules textbook is provided in printed form with no technical barriers. The full textbook is not available digitally to protect the author’s rights, but excerpts may be shared for informational purposes or content updates.
• Consultations are available through email, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person at our branches. Contact details are provided upon enrollment.

5. Monitoring progress, individual recommendations, and student support.
To implement this guarantee, students must initiate contact at their convenience. We won’t bother you unnecessarily and only send occasional reminders about course progress until you request a consultation.
6. Guarantee of up-to-date learning materials.
We monitor all changes in Spanish traffic regulations, exam procedures, and updates from the DGT. Our videos and tests are constantly updated to reflect current standards. If you have an old version of the textbook, we will send you updated sections digitally upon request.
7. Guarantee of access to materials until you pass the theory exam.
Currently, when purchasing the full online or in-person course, you get lifetime access to the materials and support until you pass the theory exam. If this policy changes, we will notify you at least 3 months in advance.

• Guarantee of full in-person course completion. If you are unable to complete the in-person theory course for a valid reason, you may retake it for free. This is subject to the course being available in your city.
• Training quality guarantee. All our instructors are certified in Spain, and our branches are fully licensed. Our vehicle fleet complies with all DGT requirements.
• Compliance with Spanish law. If theory courses or driving lessons are canceled due to force majeure, they will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date. Emergencies are not grounds for a refund. However, if Costa Drive is unable to continue the course, we will refund the proportional value of the undelivered training.

Our guarantees do not cover the following:

1. “Trial” course purchases are not available.
2. We always provide sample materials: trial videos, sample tests, textbook excerpts. You can thoroughly review everything before purchasing. After payment, materials are immediately accessible, and cancellations without a valid reason are not possible. However, if you have a serious reason (e.g., emergency, stolen banking data), we are always willing to accommodate you.
3. We cannot guarantee exam success.
4. You are purchasing an effective training course, but exam results depend on your own effort.
5. We cannot guarantee a timeline for receiving your license.
6. The preparation process depends on the student, so exam readiness varies. Also, exam dates are set by the DGT of your province, and the wait for the driving test can take several months.
