Dear students, please read all available information on the website before making a payment: processing your payments and issuing access to the materials already requires a lot of resources, refund requests increase the workload of our team many times over. Right of cancellation:
1. Purchasing a course ‘to try’ is not available. We always provide trial material of our training aids: there are trial videos, trial tests, textbook excerpts. In addition, we are always ready to answer all questions about the materials and the learning process before the purchase, so there is an opportunity to fully familiarise yourself with the offered materials without payment. After payment, you immediately receive the study materials, cancellation of the purchase without reason is not possible. If you have a valid reason for cancelling your payment (emergency, bank theft, etc.), we will always meet your needs. The official information in Spanish is available on a special page of our website, but further on we will give you all the details in Russian.
2. EU Directives. In the EU area from 2022 there is a directive that sets a 14 day trial period, which many people know about:

But also in this legislation there are a number of exceptions where there is NO mandatory refund period, in particular article 16 point ‘m’ which provides an exception for digital materials without physical media. This is the format in which we provide our training materials, so by default there is NO cancellation or refund after purchasing our materials.
3. Textbook Returns. Students may return a printed textbook within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the textbook has not been used and is returned in the original sealed envelope. Compensation for the textbook is 35 euros.
4. Purchase by mistake. If it happens that your purchase was made by mistake and you did not provide us with all the necessary data for issuing the accesses and as a consequence did NOT receive the study materials in time, you have 14 calendar days to cancel the study and request a full refund.
5. Course as a gift. We offer the possibility to transfer the right to use the course to another person, this applies to both online and face-to-face courses or live courses with the instructor. However, the course can only be transferred if you have not accessed or used the digital materials or joined a face-to-face or live course. The default period for transferring the course to another person is 3 months from the date of purchase, but if you purchase the course as a gift, this period can be extended to 12 months with prior notice and without issuing accesses (refunds are NOT possible after 14 days from the date of purchase).
6. Embezzlement or Fraud. If a purchase was made without your consent or fraudulently, the owner of the means of payment may request cancellation of the purchase and a refund. We are absolutely against fraud, but to avoid abuse a period of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase is set, along with this you must also provide proof of unauthorised purchase (police report or similar).
7. Partial cancellation. When purchasing a face-to-face course or a live course with an instructor in Russian, the student can cancel 7 calendar days prior to the start of the course. In this case, the student can request a refund of the difference between the full payment and the online course (normal price €199). Examples:
When paying 299 euros for a face-to-face or live course in Russian, if no more than 14 days have passed since the payment was made and there are at least 7 days left before the start of the purchased course when access to the training materials has NOT been received, a full refund of 299 euros will be made if cancellation is requested.
When paying 299€ for a face-to-face or live course in Russian, when access to the training materials has been received and the student has notified at least 7 calendar days before the start of the course about the impossibility to attend the classes according to the specified schedule, the option of transferring the training to a future course (without refund) or refunding the student the difference of 100€ is offered.
When paying 299 euros for a full-time course, if the student has received all accesses and has informed that he/she cannot attend this course less than 7 days before the start of the course, a refund is not possible. However, in such a case the student is offered the option of attending a future course on suitable dates, or instead joining a live course with a Russian instructor on a free of charge basis.

- If the student has attended at least one session of the face-to-face or live course, there is no refund entitlement. A free repeat of the course (face-to-face or live) is also not possible, unless the student has a force majeure situation that prevented them from completing the full course. The standard cost of a course repeat is 100€.
By default, refunds are made in the same way as the original payment was made
