9. Prices.
Each type of course offered by Autoescuela Costa Drive indicates the price of the service without any additional discounts. The prices shown on the website include applicable VAT and any other applicable taxes. Autoescuela Costa Drive may occasionally offer discounts and limited offers to some of its users, which may reduce the price of the course for the duration of the offer.

10. Payments.
To pay for the various courses offered by Autoescuela Costa Drive, users have four payment methods available: cash at our offices, bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
To make a payment by bank transfer, users can obtain the account number on the Autoescuela Costa Drive payment page. The training content will be sent as soon as the payment is received in the Autoescuela Costa Drive bank account, or upon presentation of a bank receipt for the corresponding transaction. When paying with PayPal, users will be redirected to the official PayPal website, where they can enter their details and make the payment immediately. Stripe payments are processed by the secure Stripe gateway.
The payment information provided by the user is transferred through Secure Payment Gateways that guarantee the security of their bank details. Autoescuela Costa Drive does not store any of your bank details after the purchase of the corresponding training material.
Once the payment has been made, an email will be sent to the address provided by the user with the steps to follow to access the training content. Autoescuela Costa Drive is not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the payment process that are caused by the platform used to make the payment (PayPal, Stripe, or bank).
Failing one or more official DGT exams does not entitle the student to claim a refund of the amount paid to Autoescuela Costa Drive.

11. Cancellation and returns.
Once payment has been made for any training material from Autoescuela Costa Drive, as stipulated in DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU, Article 16 point M (“the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with their knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal”), there is no possibility of withdrawal or return of the digital access purchased. The short student manual may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it remains sealed in the original shipping envelope.

At Autoescuela Costa Drive, we offer extensive information about our courses and materials, answer any questions, and offer trial access so you can see the content for yourself. We invest a great deal of resources in providing our students with the necessary access and support, so please only make a purchase when you are completely sure.

However, if your purchase was made in error and you did not fill out the form or send the necessary information to provide you with access to the material and, as a result, you have NOT received access to the digital materials, in this case you will have a period of 14 calendar days to announce your withdrawal and request a full refund of the payment.
It is also possible to give unused access to other people, both to digital content and to attend a face-to-face course, provided that you have NOT received personalized access. You can request the assignment of a new student within 3 months of purchase.

Similarly, if the purchase was made without your consent and/or fraudulently, the holder of the payment method may request the cancellation and refund of the funds. Such a refund may be requested within 90 days of payment, provided that unauthorized purchase is proven (official complaint or similar procedure).
If the student has purchased attendance at a face-to-face or live streaming course in Russian, but for reasons beyond the control of Autoescuela Costa Drive is unable to attend, they may request a refund of the difference between the total amount paid and the online course access fee (usual price of €199) by giving 7 calendar days' notice before the start of the course.
Examples:

• If you have paid €299 for the classroom course or live streaming in Russian, less than 14 days have passed since the purchase, there are at least 7 calendar days until the start of the course, and you have NOT received access to the digital material or the printed manual, you will receive a full refund of €299.
• If €299 has been paid for a face-to-face course, but online access has been received and the student has decided that they cannot attend the classes and gives 7 calendar days' notice before the start of the course, the difference of €100 will be refunded.
• If the student has paid the €299 for the in-person course, has received all access details, and there are less than 7 calendar days until the start of the chosen course, in this case they are NOT eligible for a refund. However, in this case, the student may attend the in-person course at a later date of their convenience, or they may join a live streaming course with the teacher free of charge.
• If the student has attended at least one face-to-face or live streaming class, they are not entitled to a refund. Free repetition of the course in question (face-to-face or streaming) is not possible, unless the student can prove that they were unable to complete the course due to circumstances beyond their control. The cost of a standard repetition is €100.

12. Responsibility of Autoescuela Costa Drive.
Autoescuela Costa Drive disclaims all liability based on any misuse of the website by the user, or on future actions prompted by decisions based on the content of Autoescuela Costa Drive. Autoescuela Costa Drive is not responsible for the opinions and personal comments that users may make unilaterally on the website or through other means, although these will be moderated to ensure their proper functioning.

13. Modification of the terms of use.
Autoescuela Costa Drive reserves the right to modify the above terms of use when it deems necessary or when the reasons behind them change substantially. It is therefore necessary for users to keep up to date with their content and read them each time they access the website.

14. Data protection.
We inform you that your data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except to companies in the same business group, and for the same processing purposes, which are as follows:
